hailey ivey is an artist from the hudson valley, now located in new york city. focusing on sculpture, she considers human consumption in a natural world and what it means to make environmental art. using mainly up-cycled and natural materials, hailey creates with function prioritized, striving to show beauty in utilitarian arts and crafts. 

hailey received her b.a. in english and studio arts from the university of vermont. she is the recipent of the 2022 dean's purchase prize from the college of arts and science for her ceramic independent study.
